This agreement governs your use of the 12JL platform, including all games, account features, payment services, and promotions. Please read carefully before registering or using any 12JL service.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 12JL Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 12JL governing your use of the platform. These documents are collectively referred to as the "Agreement."

Each individual may register and operate only one 12JL account. Creating or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a violation, 12JL reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances (including winnings), and exclude the individual from future registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 12JL login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party, and to notify 12JL customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 12JL will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
12JL may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary by 12JL's compliance procedures. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
12JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to meet KYC requirements, or for regulatory compliance purposes. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations, 12JL may withhold any balance pending investigation.
12JL accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed in the 12JL cashier and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
To request a withdrawal, you must:
12JL endeavors to process all withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically complete within one business hour. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC review.
All transactions on the 12JL platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 12JL is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses or fees that may apply if your registered payment method is held in a different currency.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 12JL are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These specific terms form part of this Agreement and, in the event of any conflict with the general terms in this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your 12JL account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified, after which any unmet bonus funds may be forfeited.
12JL prohibits any behavior that it determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; wagering exclusively on games with a high theoretical contribution percentage with the intent of extracting bonus funds; and providing false information to claim promotional eligibility. In such cases, 12JL reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.
12JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users. The modification or discontinuation of a promotion does not affect any promotional terms already in progress for eligible participants.
The availability of specific games on the 12JL platform may vary from time to time due to maintenance, provider updates, regulatory requirements, or other operational factors. 12JL does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category.
All slot and table game outcomes on 12JL are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently verified for fairness and statistical integrity. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by licensed studio providers. 12JL does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including software errors, disconnection, or server failures — 12JL will endeavor to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state where possible. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager may be refunded to your Real Money Balance. Malfunction voids all pays and play. 12JL is not responsible for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the User's end.
Each game on the 12JL platform has its own minimum and maximum wager limits as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for adhering to these limits. 12JL reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 12JL intellectual property without prior written consent from 12JL. Unauthorized use of 12JL intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
Your privacy is important to 12JL. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the 12JL Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering for a 12JL account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, 12JL collects personal and financial information necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is handled in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and other applicable data protection legislation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12JL and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; interruption of service; computer or device damage; or any other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the 12JL platform.
12JL's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12JL account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12JL does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. 12JL will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
12JL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or inactivity of the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
You may close your 12JL account at any time by contacting customer support through the live chat in your account dashboard. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC procedures.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access the 12JL platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and any regulatory framework under which 12JL operates.
In the event of any dispute, 12JL and the User agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users may submit a formal complaint by contacting 12JL customer support. 12JL will acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to formal legal proceedings under the appropriate jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 12JL's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
